We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Choosing Your Products
To select a product for purchase, enter the quantity you would like to
buy and select a scent/color (if applicable) from the pull down menu.
Once you have entered your quantity and
scent/color choice, press the "Add" button to the right of
the selection. You should see a message at the top of the page stating
that your selection has been added to your shopping cart. Your
Shopping Cart holds all your product selections until you are ready to
check out.
Viewing Your Shopping Cart
Click "View Cart" to review your current order. You may
delete and modify the products in your cart from this page.
To continue shopping simply
click the back button on your browser.
Checking Out
When you have all the items
you would like to buy in your shopping cart, select the shipping
method, state, country, and payment method.
Click
the "Finalize My Order" button.
On the next page, please fill in all
required purchaser and shipping information.
Click "Complete
Order".
For phone/fax orders, you will receive
a page which can be printed out.
The final page you see is an order
confirmation. You can return to the catalog by clicking on the link
provided.
MasterCard or
VISA accepted.
Expect to receive merchandise within 10-14 days from order date.
Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization. Either
E-mail or phone to get approval. All returns of saleable
merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Claims for shortages or defects must be reported to us within five (5)
days of receipt. Claims made after five (5) days of receipt will not
be honored.
Claims for damages should be filed with carrier, i.e., UPS, US Mail
