Here
is how our fundraiser works! 1. To start your fundraiser, we provide you with all the necessary paperwork absolutely free. Full color sales sheets/order forms, selling instructions sheets, and prize package sheets are sent according to the size of your group. 2. Either cash or a check made out to your organization for the candles ordered is collected from each customer at the time of sale. You get your money immediately, which avoids over-ordering or nonpayment from the customer. 3. The group sells our candles for about 2 weeks. It is best if the fundraiser starts on a Thursday, so the sellers have 2 full weekends of selling. The fundraiser should end on the Tuesday after your second weekend of selling. This is a general rule of thumb. 4. All sellers turn in their sales sheets (used and unused) to your organization, with all sales cash enclosed in the envelope provided. 5. Totals for each fragrance are calculated on the Master Tally Sheet. After doing this, call and report the total number of candles sold. Then, mail us the Master Tally Sheet, ALL individual sales sheets (used and unused), and the check for your total order. 6. Your order is shipped when payment is received. The entire process takes about 6 weeks from start to finish. That’s all there is to it, with no up front costs to you!
